Service Category: BBDC Hybrid Web Development System (Google Workspace, Cloud/Sites Integration)
Important: These terms apply exclusively to Bliss Business Development Corp.'s "Hybrid Web Development" System service line. These terms DO NOT apply to Custom-Coded Websites, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) builds, Applications, or bespoke Enterprise solutions.
By accessing the websites owned by Bliss Business Development Corp. (including BBDCservices.site, BBDCservices.com, BlissBizDev.com, and BlissBusinessDemos.com) or engaging the BBDC "Hybrid Web Development" System, market research, content design, or SEO services (collectively, the "Services"), the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
The use of our websites or contracting our Services constitutes a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please cease accessing our websites and refrain from contracting our Services.
The BBDC "Hybrid Web Development" System is a comprehensive digital infrastructure built on the Google Sites platform. The website is optimized for informational and marketing purposes. The Standard Launch package includes the following deliverables:
The Project Workbench: Provisioning of a dedicated, proprietary Google Project Worksheet. This serves as the Client’s central dashboard for milestone tracking, asset management, and project communication.
Google Workspace Integration: Provisioning of one (1) Google Workspace seat for professional email and business tool access.
Domain Name Registration: BBDC will register one (1) new domain (limited to .com, .org, or .net extensions) for an initial one (1) year term and configure the backend for seamless integration with Google Sites.
Renewal Responsibility: Upon expiration of the initial one-year term, the Client assumes full responsibility for all renewal fees associated with the domain name registration and Google Workspace seat.
Google Sites Architecture: Design and construction of a professional Home Page, a deep-dive Anchor Page, and a custom Contact Interface within the Google Sites platform.
The Lead-Flow System: Integration of Google Forms with a dedicated Google Sheets backend to automate online lead capture and data organization.
Content Creation: Startup packages include general market research and the creation of an initial blog post or article, as well as content to establish authority.
Specialized Research: Requests for subject matter expertise or technical white papers may require additional research and production fees.
Asset Requirements: The Client must provide all brand-specific images (limit of 15 per page) or provide written consent for BBDC to generate high-fidelity assets using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
Client Input: Timely delivery of specialized data is critical. Delays in supplying necessary information will result in project timeline extensions.
Google Search Console: BBDC will verify website ownership and submit sitemaps to facilitate search engine indexing.
Google Analytics (GA4): Full integration of tracking tools to allow the Client to monitor traffic activity and user behavior.
Rankings Disclaimer: While BBDC optimizes all infrastructure for search engines, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, page placement, or traffic volume.
Upon project initiation, we will grant you access to a proprietary Online Project Management Workbench (the "Workbench"). This Workbench serves as the centralized command center for all project communications, asset deliveries, and milestone tracking.
Responsibility of Security: The Client is required to keep the credentials used to login to the Workbench confidential and secure. Any actions taken within the Workbench under your authenticated account are deemed to be authorized by you.
Termination of Access: We reserve the right to rescind or terminate your access to the Workbench immediately and without notice if we determine that there is a violation of these Terms or any behavior that threatens the integrity of our Workbench systems.
If you decide not to use the Workbench, we will communicate via email, phone, and text to complete the project.
Costs and Risks: Communication via these methods may incur usage fees from your telecommunications provider. We are not responsible for lost or deleted messages outside of the Workbench environment.
Rather than utilizing generic consumer accounts, BBDC will provision a Dedicated Google Workspace Instance mapped to the Client’s custom domain (e.g., office@yourdomain.com). This account serves as the authoritative administrative hub for all Google Cloud services, including:
Google Search Console and Analytics
Google My Business / Maps Profiles
The Project Workbench and Lead-Flow Sheets
Administrative Management: BBDC maintains "Super Admin" status during the build and maintenance phases to support technical stability, security, and proper indexing.
Delegated Access: BBDC will grant the Client's existing personal Google account "Editor" or "User" permissions to the Project Workbench and website files for real-time collaboration.
Asset Ownership: The Client retains 100% ownership of all intellectual property, data, and domain rights. BBDC acts as the technical custodian.
Portability: Upon termination of services or project completion, BBDC provides a structured transition of the "Super Admin" credentials to the Client.
For a streamlined workflow, all project-related communications, asset transfers, and milestone approvals should occur within the Workbench environment. This eliminates "email sprawl" and documents a single source of references for the project's history.
5.1 Launch Timeline: The "Rapid Response" Deployment
To establish an immediate digital presence, BBDC utilizes a phased rollout strategy:
Phase 1 (The Mini-Site): A professional landing page featuring core branding.
Turnaround: Live within 3–5 business days following the receipt of all necessary assets (copy and images) and domain access.
Phase 2 (Full Build): While the Mini-Home is live, BBDC will continue development on the remaining site architecture and integrated features.
Turnaround: Site completion is estimated within 30 consecutive days following Phase 1 approval.
5.2 Revisions
We provide up to three (3) revisions on the initial website design before launch. Additional revisions are subject to separate fees.
5.3 Inactive or Incomplete Projects
To maintain the efficiency of our development Workbench, we require consistent momentum. Unless BBDC has received a status update via text, phone, or email message, a project is considered "Inactive."
Inactivity Definition: A project is considered "Inactive" when no updates or approvals have been made to the Workbench by the Client for thirty (30) consecutive days (including weekends and holidays).
Communication Requirement: We ask that the Client respond to BBDC outreach (email/text/phone) within three (3) business days to keep the project in the active queue.
Inactivity Fees: Projects that remain inactive for three (3) months without prior written agreement are subject to a $55/hour "Resumption Fee."
Notification: BBDC will issue a "Status Alert" via email two (2) weeks before any inactivity fees are applied, giving the Client a final window to resume progress.
6.1 Online Payment Methods
Invoices are payable online via electronic checks or major credit cards using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. We do not accept paper checks in the mail.
6.2 Non-Payment and Suspension
BBDC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Notice: We will provide ten (10) days' written notice before suspending an account.
Reinstatement: A fee of $55 is required to restore services after suspension.
6.3 Payment Plan Options
A) Pay-In-Full Plan: Includes one (1) additional Google Site page or embedded asset.
B) Weekly Milestone Plan: Payments tied to pre-agreed goals.
C) Half Now, Half Later Plan: 50% upfront; 50% upon completion.
